Returns and exchange process at golfmarie
1. The return of products is only possible within 30 days of receipt.
The requirements for a return are:
• The item must be returned within a maximum of 30 days after receipt. After that, neither a return nor an exchange is possible.
• The article must be in its original condition and unused.
• It must not show any signs of use or damage and it must be complete.
• The article must be properly provided with the original label.
• The fully completed return slip must be enclosed with your package.
• You can get the return slip at info@golfmarie.com stating your order number.
• For returns from abroad, please post sufficient postage on your parcel, because we do not accept postage unpaid shipments.
• We do not assume any shipping costs within Germany.
2. Refund process for returns
• As soon as we have received your return, you will receive an e-mail from us.
• After your product has been checked and appraised by us, we will inform you whether you will receive a refund.
• The processing time for this process takes approx. 5 working days from receipt of goods in our company.
• You will receive a credit to your account for your original payment method.
• If you are shipping an item over $ 50, you should use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
3. Duration of Refunds
• If you have received positive feedback from us about a refund, we will arrange payment to you within 5 working days.
• It can then take another 5 days for the payment to be received on your account. That depends on our internal payment run, the respective day of the week and the booking duration of the banks.
• Please check your bank account about 10 working days after our message to you.
• If you have not received a refund on your account after 14 days, please send us an e-mail to axel.fuchs@golfmarie.com.
4. Exchange process
• golfmarie has high quality standards and corresponding testing processes. Before a product leaves our company, it has gone through many value-adding processes. The conscious and constant testing of the quality of each work step is an essential part in the manufacturing process of our products.
• We pay very close attention to the fact that we use our high-quality materials with our know-how and our special sewing machines to create exclusive sportswear that meets our own high quality standards.
• Should one of our products show a fault or be damaged when you receive it, we will of course be happy to exchange this product or reimburse you for the purchase price.
